Matt Judge

VP Sales

Matt is VP of Sales at Imaginestics, the technology company that created the VizSeek visual search engine. He has been in communications and business in many capacities since 1985. Matt is a graduate of Indiana University and the Advertising Arts College. His career includes being a radio morning show personality, owning an import-export business focused on manufacturing, and working in technology related to the management of major events. He finally ended up where he belongs, blending his fascination with both manufacturing and technology, to providing software for engineering and aftermarket professionals. 


Matt’s main role is to ask a lot of questions, listen well, and offer technology solutions when there is a fit. Endlessly curious, Matt is a student of history, languages, and any other subject that looks interesting, and his work has taken him to more than 25 countries. Matt is a frequent conference speaker to professionals in many fields.


Kris Harrington

Chief Executive Officer

Kris Harrington is the CEO of GenAlpha Technologies, a technology company that enables original equipment and aftermarket product growth for OEMs. As an advocate of manufacturing, she is a recognized thought leader in the B2B manufacturing digital transformation space, sharing her knowledge and experience through multimedia platforms including blogs, webinars, and podcasts. Kris is an expert on OEM sales, service, and aftermarket.


Prior to joining GenAlpha, Kris worked in leadership roles in sales and aftermarket with Enerpac, Caterpillar, and Bucyrus International. Her career has spanned positions in the home office as well as regional assignments in Canada, Brazil, and Peru. Her responsibilities included working with internal stakeholders, dealers, and customers to deliver business results in aftermarket and original equipment sales.
