About the Speakers

Molly MacKay Zacker
MacKay & Company

Molly MacKay Zacker is MacKay & Company's Vice President of Operations. In this capacity, she coordinates many behind the scenes activities, manages the Research Department, authors and edits reports and presentations, conducts research and collaborates with other team members on single and multi-client projects.
Molly has presented at several industry events and, on an annual basis, has had the pleasure of moderating the fleet panel at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue, a full-day event jointly hosted by MacKay & Company and MEMA.

In the fall of 2019, Molly was honored to be a recipient of the Northwood University’s Automotive Aftermarket Management Education Award.
Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Goucher College in Towson, Maryland and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Travis Kokenes
MacKay & Company

Travis Kokenes, Market Research Manager, has been with MacKay & Company since 2007. He currently heads our research department and handles the data collection and processing for all our DataMac® and proprietary studies. Travis oversees the design and implementation of all our phone, direct mail and web-based surveys; working with clients to develop questionnaires that fit their specific areas of interest.
He handles data analysis and reporting for many single client projects and authors our monthly DataPulse Plus publication which tracks parts, service and inventory changes among dealers and distributors in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, Travis authors and co-authors several multi-client studies such as the Medium and Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer Service Study and the E-Commerce Parts Purchasing Study.
Travis has a BA in Communication Studies, with a minor in Business from the University of Kansas and has completed the Heavy Duty Leadership program at Northwood University.
